Muay Thai

We deliver 100% authentic Muay Thai training. We respect Thai tradition and that reverence runs deeply throughout our Muay Thai classes and around our camp. You won’t find a watered-down version of the “Art of Eight Limbs” here.

The sessions will be run for 1 hour each. Our Muay Thai instructors will teach traditional and fundamental fighting techniques including kicking, knees, elbows, boxing (Thaiboxing) skills, the famed Muay Thai clinch, combinations, and of course, ring fitness and conditioning.

Boxing

Our trainers deliver quality boxing training. Every aspect of boxing technique is covered in these classes: footwork, head movement, punching mechanics, counters, combinations and more. Training methods used include shadow boxing, sparring, mitt work, bag work and combination drills.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Gi & No-Gi Classes

We have local and internationally renowned practitioners teaching our BJJ classes.

The BJJ classes at TMT are perfect for anyone looking to grasp a general understanding of “ground fighting” while discovering Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

BJJ focuses on using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. Since Brazilian JiuJitsu focuses on submissions without the use of striking, BJJ is for everyone of all ages and abilities! Training BJJ at Tiger allows you to focus on learning the many different positions, techniques, and skills required to become successful in this extremely popular martial art.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts has become the fastest growing sport in the world. It combines the use of striking, grappling, wrestling, and submission techniques that make this such a diverse and dynamic combat sport and martial art experience.
